Program Overview
Cardiac technologists assist Cardiologists in diagnosing and Treating heart problems and ailments. The areas in which training is provided include ECG, ECHO, 24-Hour ambulatory EG Monitoring, 24 Hours blood Pressure Monitoring (Ambulatory BP), Treadmill, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electro Physiology. Cardiac Technologists assist in cardiac catheterizations (Angiogram including balloon Angioplasties) and Pacemakers. Cardiac technologists are part of the health care Team in diagnosing and treating cardio vascular Diseases.

Eligibility For Admission
- Candidate shall have passed 10, +2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10,+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology. Candidates who studied abroad should possess equivalent qualification as determined by Association of Indian Universities.
- Minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology Age: Completion of 17 years on or before 31st December and not over 25 years as on 1st July of year of Admission.
Eligibility For Lateral Entry
The lateral entries applicable for all the UG Degree Course of Allied Health Science Wherever corresponding Diploma Course is valuable in the concerned speciality(Dip in ECG Technician , Dip in ECHO Technician).The duration of one year Internship applicable for all the lateral Entry Candidates.
