Program Overview
B.Sc. - Physician Assistant program is a 4 year degree program which trains students to work as a trained assistant to doctors in a health care system. Students undergo both theoretical and practical training in subjects of basic medical sciences, diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive health care. A typical Physician assistant is adept at taking medical histories, perform initial examinations of the patients, order for laboratory tests and x-rays and assist the doctors for diagnosis and treatment.

Eligibility For Admission
- Candidate shall have passed 10, +2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10,+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology. Candidates who studied abroad should possess equivalent qualification as determined by Association of Indian Universities.
- Minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology Age: Completion of 17 years on or before 31st December and not over 25 years as on 1st July of year of Admission.
Eligibility For Lateral Entry
- The lateral entries applicable for all the UG Degree Course of Allied Health Science Wherever corresponding Diploma Course is valuable in the concerned speciality. The duration of one year Internship applicable for all the lateral Entry Candidates.
